Below is a complete history of all our former supper clubs, where you will see examples of our food, and the variety of events we’ve Done so far.

April 2017- Yurt Lush, Bristol

We returned to Bristol for the second time to a sell out night at Yurt Lush in Temple Meads. Collaborating with Rob Howell- former Head Chef of Michelin starred pony and trap- we served an eight course menu of fantastic seafood.

April 2017- Brewdog, Cardiff

We returned to Cardiff for our monthly supper club series at Brewdog.

March 2017- The Beach House, Woolacombe Bay

For the first time ever we cooked in Woolacombe Bay- Lee’s home town. Serving a tasting menu of our signature dishes to 50 guests over two nights

February 2017- Wilsons, Bristol

We cooked for the first time in Bristol at Wilsons, a beautiful little- family run- restaurant. Taking over the kitchen for both lunch and dinner services, we served a nine course tasting menu including Cornish oysters, duck and mackerel to a full house


February 2017- St Ives Brewery, Cornwall

We cooked up a special valentines menu for guests at St Ives Brewery, with a tasting menu featuring local seafood, Cornish duck and more

January 2017- Brewdog, Cardiff

We returned to Cardiff for our second sell out event, with all tickets being snapped up more than three months in advance! We served a 5 course menu that included St Ives Mackerel, Cornish duck, monkfish, oysters and aged beef. Look out for tickets to our spring/summer supper club series at Brewdog which are available now.

January 2017- 12 Chefs, 12 Nights Guest Series, Falmouth

I was one of 12 chefs invited to cook a series of collaboration dinners at Oliver’s in Falmouth. All of the chefs cooked to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Trust and Hospitality Action, a charity that help chefs suffering from addiction.

January 2017- The Cornish Food Box, Truro

For our first Truro event, we served a sold out dining room a five course menu, including Cornish crab, suckling pork belly, and smoked deer tartar.

January 2017- Charlotte’s Place, London

For our first London event in 9 months we took over Charlotte’s Place in Ealing, West London for a sold out lunch and dinner service. We bought some of Cornwall’s best produce with us including local lamb, oysters and duck.

December 2016- SurfHouse St Ives, Cornwall

For our final supper club of 2016 we returned to the SurfHouse for a special festive evening. A five course menu of local produce.

December 2016- Philleighway Cookery School, Cornwall

We returned to Philleighway for a second sold out supper club, cooking a six course menu for a communal table seated directly in front of the kitchen

December 2016- The Old Mill, Padstow, Cornwall

On the final day of the Padstow Christmas festival, we presented an 8 course menu with paired wines from the local Trevibban Mill Vineyard.

November 2016- Burdett Wines Collaboration

We teamed up with Burdett Wines of St Ives to present an evening of local produce with wines chosen to match. The night was a great success, and we plan to do it again soon.

November 2016- Philleighway Cookery School, Cornwall

For the first time we cooked at table side in front of all our guests. Serving a tasting menu of some of our signature dishes alongside some new ideas. As well as enjoying our tasting menu, guests also go the chance to watch the preparation of their meal and ask any questions they had.


November 2016- Game Meal – St Ives Brewery, Cornwall

We came back to St Ives Brewery for a one off night of seasonal, local game. Dishes included; pappardelle of pheasant and clams; Deer A La Royale, foie gras and smoked potato; Roast squab, juniper, offal croquette; Burnt Satsuma tart.



October 2016- SurfHouse St Ives, Cornwall

We collaborated with local pro-surfer Tassy Swallow to hold the very first supper club at SurfHouse St Ives. A former derelict building that has been renovated into a beautiful venue on the Island in St Ives. Guests were served a five course menu of local seafood from St Ives Bay.

October 2016- Brewdog, Cardiff

Our first supper club in Cardiff was a huge success, with 62 guests enjoying a seven course meal with paired beers over a long, relaxing Sunday afternoon. We will be returning to Cardiff in early 2017.

October 2016- St Ives Brewery, Cornwall

We returned to St Ives Brewery for a tasting menu including local crab, mackerel and wonderful Cornish duck.

August 2016- Carlyon Beach Feast

A great event to be asked to be a part of. The Only Cornwall based chef to cook a course alongside some of London’s top restaurants, including Bao, Smoking Goat, Noble Rot and Chiltern Firehouse

August 2016 St Ives Brewery, Cornwall

Our second Cornish popup. Two really successful nights at the local St Ives Brewery. A wonderful venue and a lovely family to work with, watch this space for more collaborations!


July 2016- The Hidden Kitchen, St. Ives, Cornwall

Our very first Cornwall popup in a beautiful restaurant space in the centre of St. Ives. two sold out evening services, serving a set, six course menu.


March/April 2016- Platform1, Dulwich, London

We took over Platform1 restaurant in South London for  six week residency. A daily changing six course menu accompanied by great wines and cocktails, where we had the opportunity to try a huge range of dishes.


February 2016- The Shop, Kensal Rise, London

We took over The Shop in North London for a two day popup featuring a set tasting menu that included pigeon, pigs trotter, oysters, turbot and more alongside fantastic cocktails. For this popup we also did an Instagram takeover for


July/August 2015- The Hackney Empire, London

We took over the iconic Hackney Empire in West London for 5 weeks over the summer. Serving a set menu of Cornish seafood, couriered up from the South-West every morning. This pop up led to Lee being shortlisted for Chef of The Year at the 2015 Young British Foodie Awards.


March 2015- Carousel, London

Our First ever solo project. a two week residency at Carousel London. A venue which is a platform for chefs from around the world to showcase their food.
